    Engraved items are not returnable or exchangeable. Please confirm the design before placing an order.

    Contact customer service with your order number and reason for return.
    After customer service confirms your request, they will provide a return address and return number.
    Send the item back along with its original packaging and all accessories.
    Once we have received and inspected the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
  4. Refund Instructions
    Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. The refund amount may be deducted from shipping costs (if applicable). Please refer to your order confirmation for details.
  5. Exchange Instructions
